Dietless helps you maintain a healthy diet and lose weight without sacrificing delicious food. We compile a personalised menu for you that takes into account your physical and dietary needs: including whether you’re breastfeeding, diabetic, or avoiding certain foodstuffs.

Swap ingredients in a recipe and Dietless automatically recalculates the amounts to make sure you stay on track.

Whether you are cooking for yourself, the entire family or have chosen one of our suggested eating out options, your shopping list updates automatically.

Get the family involved

Dietless lets you add your entire family and will consider everybody’s dietary needs. We’ll also tell you how much everybody should eat.

Dietless is free to try for the first 5 days. If you already hold an dietless.co.uk membership, then this is also valid in the app – simply log in and use the app on your phone, computer or tablet.

When your trial expires, you may choose from the following three subscription options:

- „The Challenge” i.e. a monthly rolling membership. This option is best if you wish to take things one step at a time.
- „The New You” i.e. a three-month membership. In three months you will undergo noticeable changes – this is our most popular membership option.
- „The Life Changer” i.e. a six-month membership. In six months you will form lasting habits and achieve a new normal weight.

Upon choosing a rolling monthly membership, a monthly fee will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase and subsequent charges will be made automatically once per month. You may cancel your membership at any time via iTunes if you do so at least 24 hours before your next payment is due. You can see the date of your next payment from the „profile” section in the app, or online at dietless.co.uk. Three- and six-month memberships are one-off purchases and will not be renewed automatically. You may purchase and stack multiple one-off memberships.
